With a touch of theatricality and humor, on September 10 at 18:30, a group of artists from Taiwan will bring different eyes and ears to the Event Hall of SODAS 2123.
The screening and performance programme will invite you to step into different roles, human or nonhuman, borrowing the unique ways other species perceive the world and tuning in to ever-shifting signals.
Moving between live performance and moving images, the programme explores Taiwan’s hidden spaces, fluid states of mind, and distinctive cultural landscapes.

The evening will begin with a screening of video works and culminate with HSIUNG Yun-Pei’s live performance Mirror State.

Taiwan Signal is part of an ongoing collaboration between Hyper Wave (Taiwan) and the SODAS 2123 Artist-In-Residency programme.
The event is funded by the Ministry of Culture, Taiwan.
