Once a year just isn’t enough – the SODAS Winter Market is shedding its winter coat and tying on a silk scarf! Get ready for the SODAS Spring Market! 🌸🌿
On 25 April, the cultural centre will host a celebration of handmade crafts. You’ll find a curated selection of art, prints, plants, ceramics, jewellery, textiles, delicacies and many other delightful items.
We hope for sunny weather so the market can extend into the SODAS 2123 courtyard ☀️

Throughout the event, there will be a space where you are invited to exchange seedlings, as well as indoor and outdoor plants.
1PM Spring herbal tea tasting with Goda Trakumaitė
Workshop space
During the tasting session, we will carefully explore several well-known spring plants, experiencing how they unfold in the form of tea. First, we will evaluate them through our senses, as aroma and taste can reveal a great deal. We will then discuss their properties, uses and physical and energetic benefits, as well as reviewing the key methods of harvesting, storing and preparing them.
2PM “Seed Bombs” workshop with Agata Tracevič

“Guerilla gardening” is an initiative born from the desire to revive grey and bleak urban spaces. It encourages people to step beyond conventional boundaries and play an active role in creating and nurturing urban greenery. Within this context, Agata Tracevič invites participants to create seed “bombs” – small balls made of clay or paper, soil, and seeds, which, when thrown, “explode” into life and become the beginning of new vegetation.
